No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning relative to a free mail-in entry of equal weight. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia
  • Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of PrizeBee and participating merchants are not eligible
  • Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law

Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes runs in monthly periods, each corresponding to one calendar month. Each period begins at 12:00:00 AM UTC on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM UTC on the last day of that same month. All times are measured in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The drawing for each period is conducted on or shortly after 12:00:00 AM UTC on the first day of the following month. One winner is selected per period, and entries do not carry over between periods. Only entries with a qualifying timestamp within a period are eligible for that period's drawing.

How to Enter

Method 1 — Purchase Entry

Make a qualifying purchase at a participating merchant's Shopify store and check the PrizeBee opt-in box in your cart before checkout. To qualify, your order subtotal must meet the merchant's configured minimum threshold (at least $1.00) and payment must be successfully captured through an online payment processor.

Entry weight: You receive one (1) entry for each whole dollar of your order subtotal, with a minimum of one (1) entry per qualifying order. Entries are created automatically after payment capture.

Example: A $75.90 qualifying purchase = 75 entries. A $0.99 qualifying purchase = 1 entry (minimum).

Method 2 — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-write your full name, email address, and mailing address on a plain 3" × 5" index card or piece of paper. Place it in a stamped envelope and mail it to:

  • Entries must be handwritten. Typed, printed, or photocopied entries will not be accepted.
  • Envelope must be hand-addressed and bear a valid first-class postage stamp. Metered mail will not be accepted.
  • Entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable sweepstakes period and received within 7 days of that date.
  • Only one entry per outer envelope. Multiple entries in a single envelope will be disqualified.
  • Limit: One mail-in entry per person per day, per sweepstakes period.
  • Each valid mail-in entry counts as ten (10) entries in the drawing.
  • PrizeBee is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or postage-due mail.

Winner Selection

  • One winner is selected per sweepstakes period by random weighted drawing from all eligible entries received during that period.
  • Each entry in the pool represents one chance to win. Purchase entries are weighted by dollar amount spent; mail-in entries are weighted at ten (10) chances each. Larger purchases therefore have proportionally more chances to win than smaller ones.
  • The drawing is conducted by authorized PrizeBee personnel using a computer-generated random selection process.
  • The selected winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the drawing.
  • Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within 30 days will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Decisions of the sweepstakes administrators are final and binding.

Prize

  • Grand Prize: $100.00 USD, awarded once per calendar month
  • Prize is funded by PrizeBee and awarded as a check or electronic transfer at PrizeBee's discretion
  • No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. PrizeBee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable
  • Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 will be issued where required by law
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of weighted entries received during the sweepstakes period

General Conditions

  • By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of PrizeBee, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes
  • PrizeBee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes at any time if, in its sole discretion, the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised
  • PrizeBee is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, network outages, or other circumstances beyond its control
  • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, circumvent eligibility requirements, or otherwise act in a disruptive manner may result in disqualification
  • This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
